I think it's pretty clear cut. Even though I was wrong - so i've got no beef here - I made my bets based on the available information before qualifying, which included a notation that Kimi had to change his engine, thus wouldn't be on Pole regardless of his time.
okey, decision from the main referee (that is me):
the elaboration above made by me was simply to account for such an instance as kimi had when he has to change engine and start 10 spots behind. so that means he doesn't sit on pole when race starts and therefore it will be montoya...
this decision stands unless both the other 2 referees have contrary decisions to mine above...
