Is Rossi's TOIT at Valencia a restricted or non-restricted V10. How do his times seem to stack up?

    The guy ( Rossi) is slow! And I mean Yoong Slow!

    Spanish TV had some coverage.
    It seems Rossi had a lot of problems getting through turns 9 and 10.

    He mostly locked his brakes there / blocked his frontwheels.
    When he didn't lock them, then he spinned !!! (4 times Wednesday, yesterday I don't know) !!!

    Re the Grand Prix article- they are doing a direct comparison with MS last time he drove the 2004 car. According to Pitpass the car Rossi was driving is restricted. Have just seen it.

    This being the case how much does the restriction take off aa lap time?
