Tom Walkinshaw dies age 64

Looks like former Arrows boss Tom Walkinshaw has passed away from lung cancer. He was only 64 years old.

    A 'complicated' character as so many are in motorsport! His TWR Jaguar record was amazing but F1 less so. Stoddie's nickname for him was Wa@kinshaw and he was not terribly popular with the Arrows staff when the whole thing collapsed. Minardi fans can thank Arrows for beating them to the record for most races without a win.

    Tom was also instrumental in the professionalisation of rugby union.
