Williams have, for quite a while now, been trapped a downward spiral from which I believe they won't be able to escape. They're behind Sauber, Force India and even Toro Rosso this year, another step back from last year. It's quite sad to see, actually. How much longer can they hold on before it all ends?

What is amazing is that they have stuck with Sam Michael. His elevation and the car's decline are a little too closely aligned. Seems that Frank & Patrick have their sucession plan and are not prepared to ammend it.
