Chanced on a story the other day...
At the drag racing from WSID, the merchandise (clothing, model cars) stall is run by a guy who also sells at the AGP. He told me that in 2002 when Minardi had the Go KL apparel the team purchased X amount of clothing for the team, then allowed someone to make replica's for sale. However, prior to Melbourne the team apparel never arrived, meaning Minardi had to purchase all of the replica's for the team members at the various shops around Melbourne, at full retail price! Can anyone confirm if this is true?
