    I'm with Salvo, guessing first is as difficult as 2nd or 3rd. I say equal points for the three places.

    need some clarity here:
    DQ means disqualification during the race. so any disqualification resulting from not starting the race does not fall under this descrition of DQ.

    will be elaborating this part of the rule after this post.

    by changing:
    e. 1st DNF/DNS/DQ - 1 point (point given even if DQ is appealed)
    to:
    e. 1st car out after the race has started under the green lights whether through DNF or DNS (through stalling for eg.) or through DQ (by black flag for eg.) - 1 point (point given even if DQ is appealed)



    so i take it that manni, your bet for e. is RS.

    glad you noticed this is different from last year's rule...thought i make it more interesting to have bets pouring in after the non-quali practices...may work for or against such bettors as qualifying still require a strategy that does not reflect quickness of a non-qualifying car... ;)

    I know.
    But imagine I bet before free pratice and the guy I bet on breaks his engine during pratice?!?!
    Now I have more safety !!!

    this meant should any body place a bet based on DQ, he'll only get the assigned points if the competitor was DQ during the race.
