STR's press releases are not only stupid, but insulting at the same time!
Their pre-race document for Australia is a load of rubbish, and while it slags on Australian sporting legends, as well as Aussies in general, it gives no information as to wh…
I think the PS05's were part of the STR deal.
The PS04B's are not intended as a race car, merely a stop-gap test hack to try new components and a V8 engine in preparation for 2008. I think you'll find having those cars enhances the likelyhood of a …
This is all good and well, but the FIA could reject his application....
For it to be approved, he must have a headquaters and engineering facility, and the appropriate business plan in place which the FIA will review and base their decision apon.

It's a shame the A1 GP series is still going at the moment. I can think of about 8 teams who could have staged a small race during the Commonwealth games. Just think, the games are in Melbourne, the Grand Prix circuit is already set up...would have …
By selling them chronologically, some bottles are going to hold much more sentimental value than others.
Think, bottle one (probably in the hands of GCM) would be worth a bit. Also priceless would be the number that coincides with Minardi's 2nd pla…
I hope so too.
I've steadily been building a display case for my 'prized' Formula One merchandise. It has a large collection (around 20) of Renault F1 models - most of which are from the 1970's and 80's and have been out of production for over 10 y…
Does that read 75,00 € (meaning 75 euros, or $128 Aus) or 75,00 € (meaning 7500 euros, or $8,000 Aus!?)
I'd be keen on purchasing one. I wonder how much the freight to Australia?
Aero looks clean, although I have my doubts about the dual-plane front wing, especially considering it's similar to that on the A23, and lacks the detail of other teams '06 challengers.
I still like the look of those big keels under the tip of the …
Spot on RJ. Invented in Australia decades ago. First mass produced by Holden, the local General Motors subsidiary.
You're joking right? The ute was invented. and first produced by Ford. ;)

In 1933, A Gipps…
Perhaps this is about training Giovanni Minardi to be ready for a post-2008 Minardi Formula One birth? ;)
Personally, If Minardi can't compete in F1, i'd like to see the brand go to Le Mans. I'm sure Minardi could organise a team and build a killer…
Someone else's F3000 car with Minardi lending them his name makes it a Minardi now?
Of course it bloody well does! As quig said previously, prior to Minardi being a Formula 1 outfit, it was an F2 team in Italian/European racing, fielding customer c…
I think the new car looks fantastic! The red is a tad bright in the pictures, but it's taken in a studio surrounded by lights, so it should appear a fair bit darker on the track.
An idea i've always had in the back of my mind was that of a 'wildcard' entry at each GP.
I imagine someone like Stoddart for instance, running a small team with one car, which is fielded at each GP, using a local driver and carrying local sponsors…
