I don't think it's the average but quig is right, one 10th place beats many 11th places.
Best team placings:
Bahrain Grand Prix
Tiago Monteiro Jordan-Toyota 10th
European Grand Prix
Jenson Button BAR-Honda 10th
Canadian Grand Prix

He's getting noticed by the rigth people.
Storming lap, however both cars have been having a nightmare starting, so unless some mightly blocking is used I suppect he will drop back as they pull away.
Narain Karthikeyan qualified in 17th position but will start from the back of the grid tomorrow due to an engine change
From Jordan press release, so the boys only have to worry about Tiggy in Q2.
Minardi appear to have added a small flip up onto the rear crash structure, similar to the top teams. Haven't seen a picture from the back yet though so I can't be sure.
Been looking for it and:
Just below the rear wing in the center. Nice to se…
Great work. This is the first time we have seen the cars be genuinely competitive in three years.
I also think we can put some of gap to the rest of the field down to B,Stones lack of grip. However looking at past races the Minardis should get fast…

2 20 Patrick Friesacher 308.1
3 37 Christian Klien 307.1
Thrid fastest through the speed trap. They might just have the wings set a bit high.
Also re: lap times Alber's best lap was 8s off the pace. Taking that into consideration the new car would have to be 5s a lap fasterthan the current model. What are the chances of that?
I won't argue that the cars aren't slow at the moment, but yo…
Bridgestone were the real losers in this race. Minardi were the only Bridgestone team that decreased the gap between their times and the fastest lap of the race, from the OZ GP.
MS was only half a second behined Alonso's time in OZ, but was +1.5…
If both cars DNF in Bahrain, there will be no engine related penalty for the PS05.
I can see both cars suddenly getting mysterious unresolvable, handling problems about 5 laps from the end of the next GP.
he new regulations cost all teams time, this years fastes lap at Australia was 1.5 seconds slower than last years, so Minardi will lose that time, but probably more since the all other teams(even Jordan) designed their car with more time in the wind…
