Penalty for jordan?

I noticed someting while watching the pictures of silverstone testing today, the teams were not allowed of putting smoking advertisement on their cars: look at ferrari and bar, then you see bar has look richt, look left stuff

but when you look at the jordan, they have sobranie on their mirrors, isn't this against the law? or is it allowed to just place smoking advertisement only on the mirrors.

is it possible we can get jordan in trouble here :o

    Its not technically against the law yet.
    I think its more to do with BAR and Ferrari launching new identities for when the ban comes into force.

    Correct, and has been in place since the late 70s.

    I guess Carlin & Kolles aren't as much of a gentleman as EJ was.
