Williams has registered Lexus Williamsf1
Are Williams going to be Lexus Williams F1 next year? I'm starting to think so...
The rumor of MidlandF1 using V10's lead me to check up on WilliamsF1 internet domain settings.
DNS entries (internet domain names) of the following address - lexus.williamsf1.com resulted in WilliamsF1 having the address registered as an MX (Mail Exchange)record. I think that the Administrators of the IT system have made a bit of a mistake as the website address is still not allocated. The MX record is for internet mail. This is already visible. You don't normally have a MX record active until you are 100% sure you will go live on that address.
Is this a scoop for Forzaminardi.com ? maybe...
For the IT savvy the actual DNS details are below;

I did the same type of lookup and got the same results.
I also tried cosworth.williamsf1.com &
ferrari.williamsf1.com
Which produced the same result.
Just to check I tried brabham.williamsf1.com
Similar result.
Williams own the domain 'williamsf1.com' I belive anything you put in front of that will produce the same DNS entry.

A) If Toyota win a race it's credit to Toyota
B) If lexus Williams win, then the shine isn't taken off the fact that
Toyota can't build a better car for themselves with their own powerplant.
C) Perfect marketing for either scenario...brilliant investigating TasM if it's true!
