  Funny, someone who was there said that Trust was on the car when it came out of the truck and the logo was covered when it was put back into the back of the truck.

  When they asked Albers about Trust he said that Trust is sponsoring ALbers for free, because he did such a good job in the DTM. Yeah, sure.:hehe:

  Very impressed at how little space have been allocated to CA's sponsors. Leaves more room for some multinational with deep pockets.

  Charaties, like businesses, have to spend $ on marketing in order to get exposure, and therefore get $$ in return.

  But they're free. Commercial TV stations are legally obliged to play x number of "community service" ads.

  Is Make a Wish not an international organisation? In Holland this organisation is called Stichting Doe een Wens and was named to be one of the sponsors. Or has TRDW called them and did a wish?

  Even so if the sponsorship brings results for the domestic arms of these companies (JVC, Sony, TOTAL, etc) it will bring the team to the attention of the head offices and hopefully encourage bigger sponsorship in future.
